You can permanently delete your Berqi Tigrinya account and its associated data at any time. This page explains how to do it and what happens when you do.
The easiest way to delete your account is directly in the Berqi Tigrinya app:
Once confirmed, your account and its associated data are permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone.
If you are unable to access the app or would prefer that we handle the deletion for you, contact our support team at support@679labs.com. Please send your request from the email address associated with your account so we can verify your identity.
When you delete your account, we permanently remove the personal data associated with it, including:
We may retain a limited amount of information where required to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, or enforce our agreements. Some data held by third-party providers (for example, aggregated or anonymized analytics) may persist in accordance with their own retention policies. Any retained data is kept only for as long as necessary and is then deleted or anonymized.
